Unit type 1

At 64 square meters, this is the most compact and one of the most
sought after units in Northshore condominium. Type 1 is the only 1
bedroom unit type offering the sought after South side view. The
sea-view balcony is right ahead from the entrance, where you can
overlook the large swimming pool and beautiful views of the beach,
Pattaya Bay, Central Pattaya and Walking Street. The living room has a
unique free flow shape followed by the built-in kitchen situated to
the left of the living room with windows towards Northshore’s second
tower. To the right you will find the bedroom with its large windows
and built-in wardrobes accompanied by the en-suite luxury bathroom.

Unit type 2

This is the most popular unit type in Northshore. All type 2 units
sold out on the first day when Raimon Land started selling off plan
years ago. Rarely up for sale and much sought after by
tenants.Although this is a 2 bedroom en-suite unit, many call it a 1
1/2 bedroom unit. At 71 sqm however, the floor plan is very well
planned. Both bedrooms are facing the swimming pool, Pattaya beach and
South Pattaya. When you enter this condo, a generous living room
graces you at the entrance. This type of unit is perfect for someone
who doesn’t really need a second bedroom, yet want to accommodate
friends and family when visiting. The kitchen is located to the left
at the wall against the corridor as to maximize the actual ‘lebensraum’ – or space to live in. Straight ahead from the entrance is the living room and balcony.
To the left you will find the master bedroom with a luxury bathroom ensuite.
On the opposite side, to the right, is the guest bedroom with a square
bathroom en-suite to fit.

Unit type 3

This is the much sought after 2 bedroom unit with a beachfront view
facing Walking Street. Living in this unit you will be sure to spend
much of your time at the balcony. The view over Pattaya Bay and the
beach is breathtaking and it’s almost even more beautiful at nighttime
overlooking the city all the way to Walking Street. Although all the
same in all other aspects, type
4 units above the 20th floor sport a split style balcony and 114 sqm
area, while those up to the 20th floor feature a single large balcony
and 117 sqm total area.
The living room is generous in size and located in the front corner of
the building. The windows at the corner walls give you a floor to
ceiling glass wall so you get the most beach and ocean view. The
living room is spacious enough for a true home theater system and there
is still room for dining space as well. The first thing you see when
entering the hallway is the bar top kitchen to your right. Venturing
inside, the stunning views of Pattaya bay will put you in awe. The
second bedroom is situated to the left, at the south side with
a wide view to the pool, the beach and south Pattaya.
Actually the view from this room is so nice that many owners choose
this to be their master bedroom. It is fitted with built-in wardrobes
and an en-suite bathroom. On the right wall of the living room is the
door to the master bedroom facing west. Equipped with en-suite
bathroom, built-in wardrobe, and a floor to ceiling sliding window
door towards the sea opening up to the balcony.

Unit type 4

A 2 bedroom en-suite unit with a beachfront view! Living in this unit
you will be sure to spend much of your time on your balcony. The view
over Pattaya Bay and beach is nothing short of mesmerizing and a
perfect spot to snap your own postcard photos from. Although all the
same in all other aspects, type 4 units above the 20th floor sport a
split style balcony and
114 sqm area, while those up to the 20th floor feautre a single large
balcony and 117 sqm total area.
The living room is generous in size and located in the front corner of
the building. The windows completely cover the corner walls from floor
to ceiling to maximize the beach view. The living room is also deep
enough for you to enjoy a true home theater system while being long
enough to allow for dining space as well. When first entering this
condo, the long hallway going parallel to the kitchen allows art
lovers to beautifully decorate the walls for a first impression that
lasts. To the right is the second bedroom en suite with built-in
wardrobes, luxury bathroom and floor to ceiling window facing the
northern part of Pattaya City. On the living room’s left side is the
entrance to the master bedroom – also en suite and with built-in
wardrobes – however with a wonderful view towards the sea and with a glass door to the balcony.

Unit type 5

The perfect unit for a family looking for a spacious 5 star condo at a
limited price. With 112 sqm with en suite bedrooms at opposite sides of
the unit and even with separate balconies, this is suitable for a
large family who values privacy every once in a while. The hall is
tucked into the right corner when coming in to this unit. A spacious
kitchen with dining space is situated to the left, just before the
living room with exit to the master balcony. Entering the door to the
left leads you to the en suite second bedroom with north facing windows
and with a door opening to the balcony that can also be entered from
the living room. Continuing straight ahead from the entrance would
instead lead you to the master bedroom ensuite with its north facing
windowed door to the private balcony. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes in dark wood.

Unit type 6

This 79 sqm large 1 bedroom unit sports a generously spaced living
room with a bartop, which is the first you notice when entering this
unit perfect for party people. Facing north, yet still with a
beautiful sea and beach view to the northwest, you are on the shady
side during the high season. The living room allows a full sized home
theater system, while the wide floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening up
to the wide and deep balcony gives you a feeling of freedom and it’s
never far to sit at the balcony and enjoy a drink in the afternoon
breeze. The kitchen is located to the right when entering the unit,
fixed to the corridor side wall. To the left is a closet room with a

Unit type 7

With this unit you get a lot of 5 star living area for your money.
During the high season in Nov – Feb, this 68 square meter unit is in
the shade all morning – excellent for people who prefer to sleep until
late. Entering the unit you will find a large hallway area, which is
used as dining and/ or workdesk/ recreation area. The modern kitchen
with built-in fittings and appliances is tucked in to the left.
Continuing straight to the living room, you have ample space for sofa
and home theater. The high quality floor to ceiling sliding doors
leads out to a spacious balcony where you can lounge together with
family or friends and enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful vistas of the
beach, sea and of uptown Pattaya with its Wong Amart beach and the 5
star Dusit, Amari and Holiday Inn resorts. From the living room a door
leads to the bedroom with built-in wardrobe and en-suite luxury bathroom with glasswall shower.

Unit type 8

This back corner unit is the largest 1 bedroom unit in Northshore. In
fact, it is so large that some owners have converted part of the
generous living room to a second small bedroom. Facing the North part
of the city you enjoy shade during the winter mornings and you can
also enjoy the balcony’s view of the sea and the beach where Dusit, Holiday Inn and Amari luxury hotels.
For those who love a breeze of fresh air from the sea you can make a
cross-breeze between the living room and the bedroom. Entering the
unit, the hall is combined with kitchen on both sides. To the right is
the bedroom en-suite with luxury bathroom and unit type 8 is the only
unit type in Northshore equipped with a bathtub. Continuing from the
kitchen you enter the over sized living room with floor-to-ceiling
windows opening up to the wide and deep balcony.

Unit type 9

The penthouses located in the second tower of Northshore are true
beach penthouses. There is only one condominium unit per floor and
nothing in front to block the spectacular view over the pool, the sea,
and the beach. At
